Explorations in Measurement, Money, Time, and Data (K-2)

Course Description:

Get the tools you need to teach data and measurement including measuring length, time, money and more!

  • Analyze the Kentucky Academic Standards, exploring the topics of measurement, money, time, and data, seeing ways to incorporate instruction in these topics across the school year.
  • Many popular curriculums are not well-aligned to the KAS in these domains; learn ways to supplement your curriculum.
  • Explore a strategic instructional sequence for teaching measurement.
  • Materials include childrens' books, clocks, number line with K-2 card set, and more!
