Important
A registered attendee will not be admitted to the conference unless they have a paid registration.
If you are registered to attend, please ensure your invoice has been paid. Payment was due 45 days after you registered, or March 6th - whichever date comes first. Please know that a purchase order does not pay an invoice. Invoices are only paid by mailing a check to the KCM or using a link to pay online via credit card. The KCM cannot accept credit card information over the phone, but we can email you the link to pay by credit card.
If you registered but are now unable to attend, you have until February 22nd to request that your registration and invoice are voided. After that date, you must contact the KCM. If we are able to fill your spot with someone from the wait list, we will cancel your registration and invoice and issue a refund. Your school or school district may send someone to attend in your place, but you must contact the KCM to have those registration changes made. Those changes can be made at check-in at Conference, though it is preferred that they be made prior to March 6th.
Anyone unable to pay their invoice before the Conference will have their registration voided and will be replaced by someone on our wait list. Please note that individuals who do not attend the conference ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund. The registration fee remains due, as KCM was unable to allocate your spot to someone on the wait list.
