Conference App

The 2024 KCM Conference will be available on Webex Events beginning February 26, 2024. If you have registered for the conference, you will be able to access the conference on the app at that time.

We invite you to take some time prior to the conference to browse around the event and become familiar with it. Set up your profile, check out the program, select the sessions that you would like to attend, view the venue map and more!

Instructions for Accessing the Conference on Your Computer or Tablet

  • Go to the 2024 KCM Conference event on Webex Events: Link to the Conference App
  • You will be asked to login. Enter the email address you used to register for the conference. Then enter a password. If you already have a Webex Events/Socio account, simply use your existing password. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.

    Note: Your Webex Events/Socio account email address must be the same as the email address you used when registering for the conference. This email address is the same used for sending you the invitation.

  • After logging in, you will be taken to the welcome page of the 2024 KCM Conference.

Instructions for Accessing the Conference on Your Phone

  • If you have never used the Webex Events/Socio app before, you'll need to download it first. Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search for "Webex Events". Click download.
  • Once downloaded, open the app and it will prompt you to login. Use the email that you registered with to login. Provide a password. If you have an existing account, use your existing password.

    Note: Your Webex Events/Socio account email address must be the same as the email address you used when registering for the conference. This email address is the same used for sending you the invitation.

  • After logging in, you will be taken to the home page of Webex Events. Here use "KCM" to search for the 2024 KCM Conference. Find “2024 KCM Conference” in the list. Click on this event, and click JOIN.

    Note: If you accessed a previous KCM conference through the Webex Events/Socio app, you may have it open when you log into Webex Events. To get to this year's conference, click the icon in the upper, left to switch events. Search with "KCM" and then select "2024 KCM Conference."

Prior to the conference if you have any difficulties with the accessing the 2024 KCM Conference event, please contact the KCM at 859-572-7690 or kcm@nku.edu. During the conference, go to the check-in table or ask a KCM staff member.
