Attendee Registration

The KCM is both excited and disappointed to announce that we have reached our registration limit for the 2023 KCM Conference. We are unable to accept any more registrations at this time. Please sign up on the WAIT LIST for this event. If we are able to accomodate more people, we will use the WAIT LIST to contact people in the order they signed up. Please call the KCM at 859-572-7690 with any questions.

Registration for the 2023 KCM Conference includes:

  • Entry to both days of the 2023 KCM Conference, featuring over 80 breakout sessions.
  • Breakfast and lunch at the Hyatt Regency on both Monday and Tuesday, March 6th & 7th, 2023.
  • Automatic entry into end-of-conference prize drawing.

Attendee registration will be available through Monday, February 27th, 2023.

Early bird: $195 (p/person. Cut off for early bird is 12/30/22)

General Registration: $215 (p/person)

Graduate/Undergraduate Student Registration: $100 (p/person)
**must be an undergraduate or graduate student, currently enrolled in a state-accredited university or college.

Cancellation Policy

All registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after January 20, 2023. After that date should a participant find that they are no longer able to attend the conference, they should nominate another individual to attend in their place.

To nominate a replacement, please contact Madison Baker, KCM Events & Communications Coordinator, at bakerm50@nku.edu. Please include the name and contact information of both the individual being replaced, as well as the substitute participant. The substitute participant will be contacted by the KCM and will need to check in at the registration table on the day of the conference.
